HEALTHYMITY finished the program ENRICH in USA Academy
It included 4 weeks practical-applicative training (approx. 5 hours a week of group meetings plus individual assignments and mentoring) brought to you by leading US-experts in the field: Celia Merzbacher (SRI International), Bob Smith (GW University), Eric Smith (University of Arizona Center for Innovation), Dough Hockstad and Rakhi Gibbons (Tech Launch Arizona), John Hanold (Penn State).
The Academy included the following topics:
- Shape your business idea (incl. identify your research commercial value, how to move from a product-focused strategy to a customer-focused strategy)
- Develop your career path (incl. Converting research discoveries into useful products and/or services, ways to become an entrepreneur, how to build-up your start-up)
- Build up your knowledge (incl. US funding opportunities and US technology transfer eco-system, intellectual property rights)
- Accelerate your idea (incl. contracting forms/opportunities in the US).
